I am classically trained chef who has worked in restaurant kitchens, private kitchens, test kitchens, and most importantly, my own kitchen. I am passionate about empowering the home cook and reminding you that cooking! is! FUN!

I was born and raised on Long Island and studied Food Studies and Global Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I'm a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education.
